We carry out periodic maintenance of fire detection, suppression, pump group and emergency lighting systems in all 81 provinces of Turkey. Our headquarters is in Ankara; we manage the field not with a branch network, but with regionally clustered planned maintenance tours and a model of remote preliminary diagnosis + team dispatch in case of emergency breakdowns. On this page you will find how we operate in which region.
Service Model: Ankara Headquarters, Regional Tours
Let us be clear upfront: we do not have a branch network province by province. Our headquarters is in Ankara Yenimahalle; teams are managed from here. Periodic maintenance is not planned through individual provincial visits, but through regional tours: facilities in the same region are placed on a common schedule; when the team travels to the region, it visits them in sequence. This arrangement reduces travel time and lowers the travel cost per facility. In case of emergency breakdown, the sequence changes: first perform remote preliminary diagnosis is performed; some issues are resolved over the phone based on panel type and fault code; if unresolved, the team is dispatched. Provide the facility's province, system inventory (detection, sprinkler, gas suppression, pump, cabinet-hydrant, emergency lighting) and if available, the last
report; we will place the facility on the regional tour and provide a written schedule. For spare detector and panel requirements, you can check the periodic inspection page, products write from the form, or contact You can call call the number.
To Set Up Your Maintenance Program
One contract, a solution for everything: we provide end-to-end maintenance to fire detection, gas suppression, sprinkler, hydrant, and pump units in their entirety; if you wish, camera (CCTV) system maintenance can also be added to the same contract.
If you do not have the brand, age, and last maintenance record of the existing system on hand, that is not a problem; the first step is anyway inventory and current condition assessment. Setting up an annual program without seeing what is there in the field means selling maintenance for a system that does not exist.
You can examine your system brand's product equivalents in our product catalog ; for requirements specific to your facility's use class, you can visit our sectoral solutions pages.
For survey and quotation you can or send your plan through our write or directly You can call call the number. Survey is free within Ankara; for facilities throughout Turkey, the visit plan is established jointly before contract.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a branch in our province?
No, we have no branches in any province; we state this clearly. Our headquarters is in Ankara. Periodic maintenance is carried out through regional tours, and emergency breakdowns are handled through remote diagnostics followed by crew dispatch. We do not work with representative addresses that appear to be branches.
How many days does it take for you to arrive for maintenance?
For scheduled maintenance, the date is determined according to your facility's regional tour schedule and is communicated to you in writing; confirmation is obtained prior to the tour. For emergency breakdowns, the timeframe varies depending on the city and the nature of the fault: remote diagnostics are performed first, and if a crew is required, the dispatch plan is finalized in the same conversation.
How are travel costs reflected in the price?
In a regional tour, travel costs are shared among the facilities in the same tour, so the amount attributable to your facility is reduced; therefore, adhering to the tour schedule is in your favor. For single-trip off-tour services to remote locations, travel is shown as a separate line item in the quotation; no surprise charges appear on the invoice.
Will you still come if we have only one facility?
Yes. A single facility is added to the maintenance tour of its region and scheduled according to the tour date; there is no requirement to be part of a chain. In case of emergency breakdown, the tour schedule is not awaited; it is handled separately: it begins with remote diagnostics, and if necessary, a crew is dispatched.
Our chain facilities are in different provinces; how do you manage this?
Single contract, single schedule, single report format. All branches are inspected using the same control form, and the findings list for each branch is consolidated in a single report. Management sees which deficiencies exist in which branch in one document; separate negotiations and format differences per branch are eliminated.
