From the hotel in Yalıkavak to the marina in Göcek, from the marble line in Milas to the surroundings of the power plant in Yatağan: The periodic inspection and maintenance of your fire detection and suppression systems in Muğla are planned from the Ankara center with regional tours established according to your facility's seasonal calendar.

Maintenance calendar in Muğla is structured around the tourism season

Muğla's facility map divides into three segments. First: coastal hotel and holiday resort inventory — significant portions of operations on the Bodrum Peninsula, Marmaris, Fethiye–Ölüdeniz and Datça open in spring and close in November. Second: year-round marinas — Yalıkavak Marina and D-Marin Turgutreis on the Bodrum side, Netsel in Marmaris, Ece Saray in Fethiye, D-Marin in Göcek — featuring alongside yachts fuel docks, haul-out yards and winter storage with their own distinct fire profile. Third: inland industry — quarries and processing facilities on the Kavaklıdere–Milas line known for white marble, Milas OSB with mixed fabric and ancillary industry surrounding the Yatağan, Yeniköy and Kemerköy lignite power plants.

The common challenge across all three sectors is coordination: weeks before season opening, chasing the detector technician, sprinkler contractor and filling specialist separately is impractical for anyone. In our model, everything from the hotel kitchen hood suppression to the marina fuel dock foam line, from the marble mill panel protection to the detection, sprinkler and pump group that forms the common backbone — all advances under a single contract and single report format; most operations that close in winter also include maintenance of the monitoring camera (CCTV) system that oversees the vacant facility in this package. Our approach on the hotel side hotel solutions, on the production side factory solutions page.

When the hotel closes, the maintenance season opens

Winter closure of coastal hotels distinguishes Muğla from year-round tourism regions and, if used correctly, becomes an advantage: floor closures, line purges, kitchen deactivation — heavy-item work requiring downtime — are scheduled during the closed period. Revision of sprinkler zone block valves, hood suppression recharge, pump group revision and emergency lighting autonomy measurement are tasks for this window. Immediately before opening, a brief second inspection is required; because the closed winter itself is a source of faults: contacts oxidized by moisture, discharged main panel batteries and rodent damage are caught only in the opening test.

Marinas, however, do not close; there the calendar is determined by vessel traffic. The foam suppression equipment at the fuel dock and dock hydrant line are tested during periods of reduced traffic; haul-out yard inspection must be completed before vessels are hauled and the area shrinks.

Salt corrodes the cap, dust blinds the detector, winter shrinks the haul-out yard

  1. Corrosion advances silently on the peninsula. At the seaside hotel, salt air corrodes sprinkler heads, outdoor area hydrant caps, button and flasher housings from within; the panel reveals none of this deterioration. We list corrosion inspection as a separate line item in the maintenance form — we do not count an un-opened hydrant cap as "sound."
  2. The haul-out yard reaches its fullest in winter. Hauled vessels, repairs under tarps running with resin and solvents, and portable heaters converge in the same area. Hydrant access corridors must be protected when winter layup is planned; the portable extinguisher park and dock foam system must be serviced before this congestion begins.
  3. Marble dust does not burn, but it blinds the detector. On the processing line, dust fills the optical detector's chamber; the detector first gives false alarms, then falls silent. We increase the cleaning interval and switch to heat detection at suitable points. The actual fire load lies elsewhere: hydraulic oil units, conveyor drives, compressor and transformer rooms. For control panels panel interior suppression maintenance, for the transformer side energy and transformer solutions comes into play.

A Muğla circuit begins in Milas, circles the coast and ends in Fethiye

We have no branch with a sign at Bodrum dock; service to Muğla is provided via circuits originating from Ankara that span the marina–hotel line end to end. The provincial geography permits no other way: the distance from Bodrum to Fethiye exceeds three hours by vehicle, a team visiting one facility and returning spends its day on the road. Visits are therefore arranged in district chains: the Milas–Bodrum leg and the Marmaris–Göcek–Fethiye leg are combined into a single circuit, facilities on the same line are placed on a shared calendar. For an operation with a hotel in Bodrum and a warehouse in Fethiye, two addresses are links in the same chain; a second contract and second folder are not opened. This arrangement yields predictability and continuity: the date is set in advance, the same team visits the facility each season; in return we request that the request be submitted a few weeks before season close. In emergency breakdown, the sequence changes: main panel fault code, photographs and video are assessed perform remote preliminary diagnosis , temporary measures are established by phone, the team departs with the correct parts list if needed. To Set Up Your Maintenance Program

One contract, a solution for everything: we provide end-to-end maintenance to fire detection, gas suppression, sprinkler, hydrant, and pump units in their entirety; if you wish, camera (CCTV) system maintenance can also be added to the same contract.

If you do not have the brand, age, and last maintenance record of the existing system on hand, that is not a problem; the first step is anyway inventory and current condition assessment. Setting up an annual program without seeing what is there in the field means selling maintenance for a system that does not exist.

Frequently Asked Questions

We will be performing renovations inside while the hotel is closed; can we completely shut down the fire system over the winter?

Do not shut it down; a closed hotel is not innocent from a fire perspective. The renovation itself generates risk, panel batteries silently discharge, humidity corrodes contacts, and rodent damage only surfaces during testing. The correct approach is the reverse: sprinkler line flushing and valve overhaul, hood suppression agent refill and pump overhaul are scheduled during these months when there is no operational loss; immediately before opening, a brief function tour is performed consisting of battery measurement, detector testing, and pump cycle verification.

Boat traffic at our marina never stops; where do we fit the foam system at the fuel dock and the hydrant line into the schedule?

The schedule is determined by boat movement: the optimal window is early autumn when traffic decreases and the boat storage area is not yet full. The foam suppression equipment at the fuel dock, the dock hydrant line, and the portable extinguisher park are serviced during this window; after winterization is complete, vehicle maneuvering and access to lines becomes significantly difficult.

Marble dust does not burn; do we still have to clean the detectors on the cutting line this frequently?

Although dust does not burn, it fills the optical detector's chamber; this first drowns the unit in false alarms and then silences it completely. The path to permanently reducing the load is two-fold: establish the cleaning interval according to the facility's actual dust load and transition from optical to heat detection at points such as cutting and polishing lines. We also evaluate the hydraulic units, compressors, and control room panels that carry the actual fire load on the same visit.

We are a waterfront hotel; if the panel shows no faults, can we consider the sprinkler heads and hydrant caps sound?

You cannot; that is exactly what salt air does. Heads, caps, and button bodies corrode from within while the line remains electrically sound, so the panel screen never receives a single warning. In coastal facilities, corrosion control therefore runs as a separate tour: hydrant caps are actually opened, sprinkler heads and outdoor buttons are individually inspected, and components that have reached end-of-life are replaced in place.

The panel failed while the hotel was full; is intervention possible without guests noticing?

Largely yes. First, the fault code is narrowed down remotely via photos and video; measures to be taken before the team departs are determined in this consultation. If on-site work is required, it is scheduled for the night window, siren circuits are isolated in a controlled manner, and testing is conducted zone by zone without alerting guest floors. We do not promise same-day response outside Ankara; remote initial diagnosis accelerates the first response.
