A surface-mount installation box manufactured for Maxlogic gas detectors; it is a mounting accessory, not the detector itself. It securely supports the detector on surfaces where wiring cannot be concealed within the wall. It is used in locations where conduits cannot be created due to concrete, brick, or cladding. Using the purpose-designed ready-made box eliminates the need to search for suitable enclosure in surface-mounted installations.
