Asenware AW-D132 Standalone LPG Gas Detector

The AW-D132 is a standalone gas detector that does not operate connected to a panel and provides early-stage notification of flammable gas leaks in kitchens, boiler rooms, caravans, and small commercial spaces. Gas type is determined by order variant: the natural gas (CH4) version alarms at 3500 ppm, the LPG version at %7 LEL threshold. Installation height varies by variant; because LPG is heavier than air, the device should be positioned near the floor, and because natural gas is lighter than air, it should be positioned near the ceiling—incorrect height renders the detector practically non-functional. On the power side, both 100-240 V AC 50/60 Hz and 12-24 V DC options are offered, and power consumption during alarm is ≤2 W; a siren of ≥85 dB at 3 meters, 12 V DC pulse output, and NO/NC relay (5 A / 3 A at 28 V DC, 5 A / 3 A at 250 V AC) make it suitable for triggering a solenoid valve or external system. There is approximately a 90-second warm-up period after power is applied; the test button on the ABS white enclosure, remote test/silence/reset support, and MCU-based self-diagnosis (yellow LED slow blinking) facilitate periodic inspection.
