Teletek SensoIRIS M140 IS

SensoIRIS M140 IS is an addressable combined detector with an isolator integrated into the housing; it evaluates optical smoke and temperature detection together. It is used in addressable systems supporting the TTE communication protocol and receives power from the control panel. Joint evaluation of the two sensors reduces false alarms compared to making a decision based on smoke alone; the integrated isolator prevents a short circuit in the loop from dropping the line.
