FDSGFI100 is a remote point indicator unit in the wireless system. It signals the alarm status of detectors placed in invisible or hard-to-reach locations without running cables. It enables the alarm source to be read from the corridor in spaces behind suspended ceilings, within ducts, and in locked compartments; it reduces the response time for intervention teams to reach the correct location.
