SF409 is a multi-criteria fire detector used in conventional systems. Because it evaluates multiple detection parameters together, it detects types of fires that a single-sensor optical or heat detector might miss. It connects directly to the zone line; no address assignment is required per device. It improves detection quality of conventional installations in environments with false alarm factors.
