Suppression Nozzles
In hood suppression systems, the suppression nozzle is the discharge point that sprays the suppression agent at a specific angle toward the target. Separate types are defined for fryers, griddles, hood plenums, filters, and duct lines; each type is positioned according to its own spray pattern. Therefore, the number and type of nozzles cannot be finalized without determining the equipment layout in the kitchen.
