Encompasses all components of the hood suppression installation outside the cylinder: mechanical activation module, manual activation station, fusible link, gas shutoff solenoid valve, electrical cutoff relay, piping, and bracket assemblies. The fusible link is selected at 68°C, 93°C, or 138°C values to match the kitchen's heat load. When the system is triggered, gas and electrical supply are also cut off.
