Siemens FDS224-W Addressable Sounder (White)

FDS224-W is a white-housed wall-mounted sounder managed over the loop in an addressable fire detection system. During an alarm, it provides an audible warning and appears on the control panel with its own address; this allows it to be individually isolated, tested, and its fault separately reported. It is mounted in escape routes, corridors, and stairwell openings. The white enclosure is preferred in modern interior designs where the red device would be visually obtrusive.
