FDCIO223 is an input module used for connecting conventional fire detectors to an addressed loop. In addition to standard conventional lines, it also supports shunt Zener diode barrier (SB3) lines for areas with explosion risk. This feature enables the transfer of existing detectors in Ex zones to modern addressed control panels while maintaining the safety barrier.
