Siemens FDBZ294 EMC-Protected Detector Cage

FDBZ294 is a protection cage with a diameter of Ø140 mm that slips over the detector; while protecting the device against mechanical impact, it also shields against strong electromagnetic fields. It is used only together with the FDB293 humid volume extension base, so the two must be planned as a single unit. When the cage is installed, the base height increases to 110 mm, so the space beneath the ceiling must be measured before installation.
