Siemens FDB241 Sinteso Base Adapter (AnalogPLUS / SIGMALOOP Transition)
FDB241 is a base adapter that retrofits old AlgoRex bases for Sinteso detectors (order no S54319-F13-A1). The SIGMASYS (SPF3600), AnalogPLUS (DB1131A), and Interactive (DB1151A) bases already mounted on the ceiling are left in place; the adapter sits on top of them, allowing the installation of Sinteso addressable point detectors including FDOOT241-A3 and FDOOT241-A4. Thus, in the renewal project, only the detector side is updated without addressing cabling and ceiling modification. The operating parameter of the detector it replaces is selected via the jumper position on the adapter. The base height is 29.5 mm, and with the detector mounted, the total height is 74.5 mm; to remove the mounted adapter from the ceiling, the FDUD290 removal tool (S54370-S13-A1) is used.
