Siemens FCI2003-A1 FDnet Loop Expansion Card

The FCI2003-A1 loop expansion card is connected by being inserted into the control panel's peripheral card slot and increases the number of available loops from two to four. The number of addresses per station remains unchanged; the benefit is that devices can be distributed across more separate lines. Thus, long cable routes are divided, the area affected by a fault on one line is reduced and fire section wiring can be carried out independently of each other. Used on integrated lines other than FC721.
