FCA1209-Z1 is a 230 volt output module connected directly to a monitored output line and producing a potential-free contact. It enables building equipment operating on mains voltage, such as ventilation, air conditioning, and elevators, to be included in fire scenarios. The potential-free contact separates the fire system's electrical supply from the controlled device's electrical supply; this separation is required for both safety and compliance reasons.
