The two conductors inside establish contact when the surrounding temperature reaches a preset threshold, initiating an alarm; this detects heating at any point along the line. Available in 68, 78, 88, 105, and 185 degrees Celsius; offered with PVC, nylon, polypropylene, and stainless steel braided sheath alternatives.
