NRS Flanged Gate Valve

A sliding gate valve with the stem rotating in place that does not extend upward when the valve opens; because it requires no overhead space, it saves space in narrow piping shafts and congested pump rooms. Its flanged connection provides secure and detachable assembly on main lines. When external visibility of the valve position is required, it is used together with an indicator post or position switch.
