ML-2710.MR/M is a control button connected to conventional suppression central that manually initiates gas discharge. It allows the operator to activate suppression without waiting for automatic detection decision; unlike the emergency stop button, it does not stop the process but starts it. It is marine approved and installed at the exit door of the protected area in marine vessels. Personnel who first notice the fire can activate the gas without going to the central panel.
