ML-2490/M is the series' highest-protection alarm device; it combines siren and flasher within IP65 enclosure. It provides sound and light from the same box, and in this manner differs from both separate device solutions and IP33 versions. It carries marine certification and operates in open deck and external compartment installations. Using a single enclosure externally eliminates the burden of individually managing gaskets and cable penetrations for two separate devices.
