ML-2420 is a conventional beacon that transmits fire and suppression warnings through flashing light. It performs the function of a sounder through visual indication rather than sound; the difference from the marine-type version is that it is designed for land projects. It is installed in engine rooms, production lines, and high-noise workshops. For personnel working with headphones or in loud machinery environments, the visual warning becomes the only perceivable alarm signal.
