ML-2130BS/M is a Class BS marine-type conventional heat detector operating with an 80°C fixed threshold. What distinguishes it from other temperature models in the family is that the alarm point has been raised relative to the normal temperatures of high-volume spaces. It is used in environments that naturally heat themselves, such as boiler rooms, engine compartments, and kitchens. Since it does not interpret daily operating temperatures as fire, these areas can be monitored without having to be excluded from detection.
