ML-2130BS is a Class BS fixed temperature detector connected to a conventional zone line that generates an alarm at an 80°C threshold. Its difference from the standard heat and smoke models in the series is that the alarm point is set higher. It is used in locations where ambient temperature naturally rises, such as boiler rooms, laundries, and drying areas. Since the normal operating temperature is not read as an alarm, there is no need to exclude these areas from detection.
