This beacon, mounted on wall surfaces in addressed systems, produces illuminated warning during alarm and provides Class W coverage area. Its distinguishing feature is that the short circuit isolator is located on the device's own card. When a crushed or moisture-damaged cable is detected on the loop, only the section between the two isolators is disconnected. In long runs extending to outdoor areas, this configuration prevents the entire system from losing its warning capability.
