ML-1380/M is an independent short circuit isolator module connected to an intelligent addressable circuit line. Unlike devices with isolators built into their housing, it is used as a separate element on lines containing isolator-free modules and detectors. On ship and yacht installations, it is positioned at points where the circuit is intended to be divided into sections. When the line is positioned between two isolators, only that section drops in the event of a short circuit, while the rest of the circuit continues to operate.
