The ML-1372 zone monitoring module connects a conventional detection zone to the addressable loop through its single input. The existing conventional detector line is left in place and transferred to the new addressable control panel; progressive modernization is carried out without cable changes. It communicates over the VIP protocol; it falls within the scope of EN 54-17 and EN 54-18. In retrofit projects, it significantly reduces both cost and operational downtime.
