This marine-certified module operating in the intelligent addressable system manages the damper motor energy according to the fire scenario. The point that distinguishes it from its counterparts is its ability to directly drive large damper motors powered by 220V alternating current. It is used in main ventilation ducts in the engine room and cargo sections of ships. The need for an additional contactor panel for mains voltage dampers is thus reduced.
