This is the version of a marine-type smoke damper module with the isolator installed in the housing and works with 24V DC dampers. The difference from its non-isolated counterpart is that it contains the line protection function within itself. It is preferred in ship and yacht ventilation ducts, in sections where the circulation line extends over long distances. A short circuit in the damper cable does not affect neighboring devices, and the requirement to install an additional isolator module on the line is eliminated.
