This GCU module manufactured with Modbus interface connects the addressable fire system to the common language of the industrial control world. It comes with marine vessel certification and 3A power supply; alarm and fault information from the control panel is read over Modbus. It operates in machine automation, SCADA and PLC based monitoring installations. The use of common protocol carries fire data to existing monitoring screens without writing separate software.
