ML-1140.SCI is an intelligent addressable multi-sensor detector that provides smoke and temperature measurement together with a short circuit isolator. Its advantage over other isolator-equipped devices in the family is that it combines two sensors at the same address, thereby improving decision quality. It is preferred in heavily occupied office floors, hotels, and public buildings. Since both sensors and the isolator are integrated in a single housing, both false alarm and line fault risks are reduced without adding additional modules to the panel.
