This device is also attached beneath the detector socket; the difference is that it produces flash in addition to sound. At the detector location, both audible and visual warning are achieved. This model is suited for sleeping cabins, noisy areas, and spaces where visual warning is required. Since there is no need to find space for a separate beacon device, project layout is simplified in ship sections with low ceilings.
