MG-3550/M is a marine-certified socket base designed for MGR series detectors. Although it belongs to the same family as the MG series socket, this model is manufactured for MGR housing and they are not interchangeable. It serves as the connection point for the detector in ship and yacht fire detection systems on the ceiling. Matching the detector series with the base in the project list prevents lost days due to incorrect sockets being sent to the field.
