Butterfly Valve Wafer

An isolation valve mounted by being squeezed between two flanges, with a disc that rotates around its axis to open and close the line. Because it is shorter and lighter than flanged body types, it saves space in confined pump rooms. It is manufactured with a ductile iron body, EPDM or NBR gasket, and epoxy coating; the supervisory switch option notifies the fire panel of the valve's open or closed position.
