Esser 766305 strobe is a visual warning device operating with a minimum 350 mA alarm current. Alarm current is the value that directly determines how many devices can be connected to the warning line and what cable cross-section must be used; neglecting this in project calculations results in insufficient voltage at the end of the line and non-functioning devices. Visual warning provides a second channel in environments where sound alone is insufficient.
