The DCD-AE3 is a 60 °C class conventional heat detector that simultaneously performs heat rise rate and fixed temperature sensing. The combined operation of both principles enables detection of both slowly and rapidly developing temperature profiles. It is suitable for medium temperature environments — such as laundries, kitchens, and boiler rooms where smoke detectors cannot be used. The base is supplied separately.
