The ATJ-E is an addressable heat detector that monitors ambient temperature and triggers an alarm when a predetermined threshold is exceeded. It is designed for volumes where smoke detectors are unsuitable or produce false alarms: areas with high concentrations of dust, vapor, and exhaust such as kitchens, boiler rooms, laundries, parking garages, and workshops. Being addressable allows each detector to appear separately at the control panel and enables individual testing during maintenance.
