GFE-BASE-BUZ is a detector base socket containing a piezo buzzer embedded in a deep-mount housing. In closed-door spaces such as offices, hotel rooms, and classrooms where the corridor siren may not be heard, it brings the alarm into the room. The socket produces a lower sound level than the VULCAN 2 siren; while reducing the panic risk caused by unnecessary high noise in small spaces, it preserves the warning function.
