It is a wireless heat detector that responds to increases in ambient temperature; it connects wirelessly to the panel with its intelligent addressing structure. It is used in spaces such as kitchens, parking garages, and boiler rooms where smoke detectors produce false alarms. It establishes two-way communication in the 470 MHz band, with transmission power of 20 dBm. It operates with a CR17450 3V battery and has a 360° detection angle.
