This optical smoke detector, manufactured as a non-isolated version, detects early-stage smoke using the scattered light principle. The 110 m² monitoring area provided for a single device keeps device quantity limited in office floors and similar clean spaces. It is powered between 8 and 42 V DC and carries VdS approval. In projects where short-circuit isolation is provided by a separate module, it is a cost-effective option.
