Line repeater that extends the distance between control panels in essernet networks configured at 500 kBd speed. IBM type 1, type 2, or type 6 cables are used as connection conductors. Useful in campus-type facilities where the high-speed network cable distance requires segmentation. With IP 65 protected die-cast housing, it can also be mounted at unprotected connection points and is powered between 8 and 18 V DC.
