ADP-PRS-232 is an additional module that enables the personnel call system to connect to FAT 3000 in an electrically isolated manner. Communication takes place via the FAT 3000's RS 232 programming interface; this card is used additionally if isolation between the two devices is required. The module measures 100 x 80 x 20 mm and is powered in the 8 - 30 V DC range. It prevents two systems operating under different grounding conditions from affecting each other.
