The peripheral unit module consolidates the connections of the control panel's fire service command panel and alarm transmission unit on a single card. The card also carries three freely programmable dry contact relays; these relays can be configured as monitored outputs if desired and are loaded up to 30 V DC. It can only be installed on system socket 1 of the control panel interface card. For projects requiring fire service operation, it reduces the need for separate cards.
