Esser 585001 VARIODYN ONE UIM Universal Interface Module

The UIM is an interface module in Honeywell's Esser brand VARIODYN ONE voice alarm system that collects external device connections. It digitizes two analog audio inputs and transmits them to the INC module via the DAL data bus; it outputs announcements broadcast via two analog outputs to the outside. Short-circuit and line break monitoring can be activated on eight of the forty-eight command contacts. Alarm panel triggers and music source thus enter the system from a single point.
