Efire EYIB is a conventional fire alarm button that allows a person who detects a fire to manually initiate an alarm. When the button is pressed, the alarm is transmitted to the panel via the zone line to which it is connected; the device does not have its own address. It is mounted at visible height next to escape routes, stairway landings, and exit doors.
