The BTD-1218 is a 12 Vdc 18 Ah sealed lead-acid battery. Due to its high capacity, it is selected for multi-cycle panels and installations requiring long standby duration after power interruption. Since batteries of this size do not fit in most panel enclosures, they are installed in external battery cabinets or within wide-enclosure power supplies.
