Detectomat SBEX BZ2 Optocoupler-Based Zener Barrier for 05 Series Ex Detectors

With its optocoupler-based design, the SBEX BZ2 isolates the intrinsically safe detector line from the safe-side circuit. It is designed to operate with VIREX, OC05Ex, TRC05REx, and DMC05Ex type Ex detectors. The galvanic isolation between them prevents grounding differences and leakage currents from entering the measurement line. It is preferred in facilities where stable detection is expected in areas carrying explosion risk.
