SBEX BZ1 is a zener barrier that establishes the connection between intrinsically safe 05 series detectors and the safe area with the explosive atmosphere. It is used together with VIREX, OC05Ex, TRC05REx, and DMC05Ex detectors. By limiting the energy of the line going into the hazardous area, it prevents the possibility of ignition from the start. It is part of the German manufacturer's Ex product group and enables areas such as chemical warehouses, paint shops, and fuel filling areas to participate in detection.
