PL 3300 O/K is an optical smoke detector prepared for direct use within ventilation ducts and operates addressed in the Loop 3000 circuit. German manufacturer Detectomat combines two optical sensors with a bidirectional isolator in this duct-specific model. While smoke carried by air flow in the duct is detected, the rest of the line is isolated from faults. The risk of smoke being distributed throughout the building via the air handling unit is thus reduced.
