This silver-colored model houses a relay operating on 12 volt power supply within the detector base. When the CT 3000 detector activates, the dry contact engages connected equipment. It is used in systems equipped with low-voltage conventional panels and adapts to metallic ceiling surfaces. By transferring control function beneath the ceiling-mounted device, it reduces the cable load on the panel side.
