The CT 3000 OT, which supplements optical measurement with temperature measurement, is a multi-sensor device deployed in conventional fire alarm systems. Simultaneous monitoring of two different quantities makes detection reliable in volumes where environmental conditions are variable. The device is evaluated within the scope of EN 54-7 and EN 54-5 A1 classification. It replaces standalone smoke or standalone heat detectors in warehouses, corridors, and technical spaces where these prove insufficient.
