CT 3000 O is an optical-principle smoke detector connected to zone lines of conventional panels. It evaluates light scattering by smoke particles entering the measurement chamber and generates an alarm within EN 54-7 scope. Because it provides warning during the smoldering phase before flames become visible, it gains valuable minutes for evacuation. It establishes a cost-effective detection layer in small and medium-sized buildings that do not require an addressable system.
